Programs
We work with a range of programs and funding sources to deliver assistance to our clients. We are a regional development organization serving the counties of Big Horn, Carbon, Stillwater, Sweet Grass and Yellowstone.
Process
Beartooth RC&D works with each client on an individual basis to match their specific need to a potential solution. We can assist with planning, access to funding, and project development.

Our portfolio includes a variety of projects throughout the service region, leveraging public and private funding sources to achieve measurable results for our clients and the region.
Regional Housing Study
Using EDA CARES Act funding, Beartooth RC&D contracted Cushing Terrell to conduct a regional housing study. The study & findings are complete as of May 2022.

Downtown Billings Housing Study
Using EDA CARES Act funding, Beartooth RC&D also contracted Big Sky EDA for Economic Recovery & Resilience. As part of their work, BSEDA asked EPS to complete a study on downtown Billings. Read the final downtown Billings housing study report.
